This hotel is located in an amazing area, just a short walk from Liverpool St station, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The brasserie offers a delicious breakfast on Sundays, and it's also a great location if you're attending an event in Lombard Street. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Some small details were overlooked, such as the shower not working properly and the lack of follow-up to address the issue.

The hotel is in a great location with only a two minute walk to the tube station in the financial district. The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and gave a great first impression. The breakfast in the brasserie on Sunday was served in a fabulous restaurant setting.
The menu in the restaurant was limited and not to our liking.

The hotel staff were very cute and even offered us a glass of prosecco upon check-in, a nice touch. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the underground station, making it convenient to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was the delicious fry up breakfast, not only amazing but also served in the comfort of our bed.
The layout of the hotel was a bit strange, with dark hallways and tiny rooms. It was also not very friendly for people with mobility issues, as there were too many steps.

the service was impeccable, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day. the bar and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and many tourist attractions.
